Calling all Princesses! (2014 Princess half marathon board)

Did anyone get to pick a princess when they registered for the 10K? I picked for the GSC, but my mom did not get to pick for the 10K. Just wondering if she missed it, or if it wasn't an option...

I just googled it and it says some categories 80% full, wow

Where did you see that, active or rD? Maybe 80% of the pre registration spots are full? Surely not of the whole race....spots were supposed to be limited in pre-reg I thought.

Active. runDisney still says it opens June 11 and gives a link to request a reminder email.

Even though I'm not doing the PHM...I just had to read through all the pages of the drama of early registration...yikes ! For those on the fence about doing the race, just do it ! 2013 was my first PHM and I did have to walk some but I finished...and I got the same medal all 20k plus people got...

Hope all my Florida folks are okay ...you can always come over to TX but you will have to cheer for the spurs ! GO SPURS GO !

I feel like that's just Active's "ad" to get you to register right then. If you look at the Disneyland half for 2013, it says the same "hurry, some categories over 80% full". Technically, all the races are sold out. But that's just my take on it.

The 80% full thing just doesn't seem likely to me. It seems like I read that the 1/2 didn't fill up last year until November. There can't be that much interest in it now to have it fill up before the registration for it "officially" opens on the 11th. Most people wouldn't even be aware that it's open already.

It determines what color your bib is and will say that princess on the bib

I chose sleeping beauty in the past because I knew it would be a pink bib and would match my outfit. This time I chose Snow White, any idea what color bib in the past it has been? thx!

I just googled PHM bib colors and looked in the images. Looks like purple for Snow White??? Not positive though??
