Joan, sorry, can't help, i have an AP - but i didn't think we got special pricing for park tix for the race.. I thought our "park perk" was the special deal on the party tix..

I am really wanting to know now if they will switch the EMH for MGM that night.. i can't see how they can have an "exclusive" party event while they have EMH going on! It's really not fair to us. And we shouldn't have to pay the extra $ for party tix if we are really just getting the 10pm-midnight time frame.. I am thinking i am going to shoot WDW sports an email and see what they say.

I posted about my conversation with Disney Sports somewhere, can't find it right now....I spoke to someone named Kaitlyn with DS, who was not aware that it was EMH evening hours at MGM the night of the Happily Ever After party. She was going to mention it to her boss right away! Yikes!! There "might" be a special princess parade, but wouldn't it have to be held after 10PM when the EMH guests leave?? There should be a meet and greet with princesses. I suggested a free 5x7 picture might be nice! There is no way the exclusive 2 hr party is worth it to me as it stands now. I have an AP and could be in the park anyway until 10PM. The only way it might be worth the $$$ is if you don't have a park pass for Sunday and can enter the park at 4PM like you can with a MNSSHP or MVMCP ticket at MK. Hopefully all the details will be announced before the Feb 20th deadline to request a refund - which I think I will be doing.

Ok, so here's my tiara hat for the 1/2. Tried it out and it sits quite nicely after tacking it down in 4 spots.
It's a $3 tiara from Party City with the hair tangs cut off and a pink running hat I already owned. Whip stitched it on and I'm good for the race!

I was actually considering something similar (I got a free tiara from Disney at a prior race expo). How did you get the tiara to stay on the hat?

You can purchase for friends and family. there is more info about the number of tickets you may purchase once you go to the web site. the page where you put in the "secret" password.
I haven't gotten any response from my emails.

I just thought of something... The two times we have attended marathon weekend, we stayed at POP and Poly. At Pop, there is only one area to get busses and at the Poly we took the monorail. This time we are staying at Carribean Beach. So...my question is this. For the tranport to the starting line, does the bus go around the resort and stop at each bus station or do you have to go to the main check in area?

Does anyone have any experience with this?

That's a good question since this race is MUCH smaller than the marathon! I was going to ask when I check in and if they can't give me an answer then I will ask at the Expo.

I think she said she would give us the $5 pricing on our entire order. I am in the same boat as you. I hvae found 4 I want too. I am a headband nut. I have thick naturaly wavy hair that has a mind of its own most days.
