PIGLETLIZ!!! Congrats on your DL! I don't think we met while there so we'll have to remedy that in March

As far as what you are doing now it would really depend on your goal for the March race. I would say maintain your miles and work on speed. Working in some core exercises as that is always a plus for later in the race when I start to tire and want to slump.
Susan and I are doing the January 1/2 so we will be building up the mileage again. We will be returning to the long day on Saturdays. I will have 2 days of working on my run/walk intervals. Sundays with Susan working on her running. Along with circuit training. And that is what we will continue to do thru March. Actually pretty much that is all the time for us since it seems we have some distance race usually on the horizon.
