Calling all planners! How would you plan this?

You know I'm really considering it! Never thought of myself DVC material, but the 2-bedroom at BLT for about $4k rented is impressive. Actually looking at the 3-bedroom, but really a 2- and 1- would be cheaper and more space. So I'd want to put this in right in Jan for Dec bookings then right?

Yes - you should be ready to do it before the 11month window opens up. You should also start looking into renting and what it means and also make sure you understand what you DONT get (like daily housekeeping) to make sure its for you. Davids and the Timeshare Store are both good rental location if you dont feel comfortable going thru an individual on the boards. I would recommend working with them early enough that they have time to advise you on whether they will have points to meet your needs.

We love our DVC! The space is fantastic!
