Hi Everyone-
Just checking in to see how things are going! I've eaten clean for 8 days now- I so need to update my journal, but I do have it all written down. I don't know why I can't wrap my head around exercise just yet. I'm feeling good though - the one thing about clean eating is I have to eat 5-6 times a day and after the first couple of days you don't crave anything anymore so I actually have to remind myself to eat! Never thought that would happen!
Gotta run and pack my cooler for the day - How's everyone else doing this week?

. It gave me some motivation to keep going even if I can't physically see the results, something is clearly happening....


I'm tired of trying to lose weight, but I'll stick with it.
Some good advice on fitness bras would be very appreciated. After my weightloss i'm planning on getting a reduction and lift. Its something i have wanted for a long time. The doctors advise weightloss before the surgery so i really want to do this. Good luck to everyone. I'll let you know how everything is going!!!
