Calling all packing experts...any packing cube suggestions?

I am heading to Europe for 2 weeks this summer and am aiming to only use a carry on and personal item. I have been watching a lot of YouTube packing videos and it seem that packing cubes are pretty popular for compressing and maximizing your space. Have any of you used them and can us suggest a particular brand? Thanks!!

I love my packing cubes! I have two sets, one is Eagle Creek and the other is eBags, and while both work well, I prefer Eagle Creek. They hold up better, in my opinion.

There are packing cubes that help you organize things, and then there are compression cubes which actually help you make things a little smaller. I have both, and I'm not sure which I prefer. For what you're planning to do, I'd say the key is spread everything you want to take out on the bed. See what you can leave behind. Then look into some type of small to mid size cube to organize what's left.

I used to make fun of packing cubes until I tried them. Now they are my best friend when preparing for a trip!

We got our packing cubes at ebags. They worked so well for DH's business trips we got more.
We've had them for years and they still look the same. We use them on all trips......7-8 or more a year.

Compression bags we use too.....but they wrinkle things. So I like them for dirty clothes and wet things, like swimsuits.

I LOVE my Ebags cubes!! They were a lifesaver on our trip to Africa, when all we could use was a big duffle. My biggest suggestion, use all different colors! e.g.. yellow cube: will always be your socks. Red: undies. Blue: pants. So your entire trip, you'll know exactly where things are at all times and you can just grab it. We are also going to Europe soon (Italy) for two weeks, and I have my cubes packed already! So things I have packed in one: all my bedside things, travel clock, medicine, brush, makeup. I can grab and just unpack and repack quickly as we change hotels frequently. The one Ebags thing I can not do without is my flat toiletry bag, love this!! It packs so easy. Another packing cube: all international adaptors to charge everything. I use these cubes for everything, to stay organized on a very busy trip. My favorite ones are the "slim" ones, they fit 15 pairs of underwear rolled up. Love them! p.s. don't be dismayed when you first get them sent to your house. They are small and flimsy looking. Thats okay. You will be absolutely amazed, once you start rolling your clothes tight, how much you fit in each one. And just all the misc. stuff that you throw in your luggage, use a cube with like stuff, to stay organized. Its fun, oh and addictive lol, you'll buy more and more, I had to make myself stop.

Ha! You will see, you'll love them just as much as me, especially if you're just doing carry ons. I wish I could do an infomercial!
