Calling all November ...

YIPEEE!!! I just talked my DH into leaving a night earlier. We normally get up early and drive 11 hours to DW..........this time he agreed to drive 1/2 way the night before. I booked a room only room for the 14th at POP, great rate on Orbitz. then we check into WL on the 15th!!!

We'll be there November 19-26th at CBR. With 3 other families! MVMCP on Nov. 25th-I can't wait!

We will be there Nov 9th-17th at POR. We were originally going to go on the 10th but that is my birthday. I would rather wake up at Disney World on my birthday than be heading to an airport.

I am so excited. 23 more day!!!!!!!

Leaving bright and early on a 7AM flight on November 10th for our second annual trip with our 5 yo b/g twins. The anticipation is building, however, this trip will be bittersweet. My dad was killed tragically in an accident in June and he and my mom were going to go with us. Mom decided not to go this year because she feels it will be too difficult. I an excited for the kids but know once I walk through the gates at the MK, the tears will flow. However, knowing he is looking down from the MK in the sky makes thing better I guess.

Twindad, my deepest sympathies in the tragic passing of your dear Dad. We will be at WDW the same week as u and Im sure the pixie dust your Dad sends down will make many visitors vacations wonderful during that week!

This is our fourth trip at Thanksgiving time. We pack mostly shorts and t-shirts. Add one or two pairs of jeans and two sweatshirts. Mornings we wear shorts and t-shirt with sweatshirt over. As the day warms we shed the sweatshirt. After the sun goes down the sweatshirt goes back on. If we go to the Christmas party we usually wear our jeans. You just have to keep an eye on the weather, but we wear summer clothes the most.

Oh, and don't forget your swimsuits!

The way this year has been so far I expect it to be warm, if not warmer than usual.

Can't wait for our trip back to WDW!

Maybe we'll see eccobleu and mistydoodles at POR? We want to stay in AB and usually decorate our room with window clings, most likely Christmas themed this year. We also plan on attending first night of MVMCP and stopping in to MGM for Super Soap.

twindad2: So sorry about your loss. I'm sure you will have a good time,your kids are such a perfect age to enjoy Disney. Your dad would want your family to enjoy the trip. Maybe your mom will join you next year on your 3rd annual vacation to WDW?

I can't wait. I hate to wish October away, but I want to go to DW!!!

I have three weeks from today. I haven't started packing. I have a small pile in the bottom of my closet that I keep looking at. I promised my dd's I won't get the suitcase out until one week before. (it upsets the cat!)

November is just around the corner!!!
