I'm feeling pretty rested this morning. I decided not to study last night So I watched little TV, took two Tylenol PM's and then went to bed at a reasonable time .


Idroveallnight - I'm glad James's sleepover went well Going to the beach for 4th of July sounds like fun We have our family over every year and have a cook out/pool party.

Happy Friday! It's not the end of the week for me! I have to work Saturday. It's not so bad - no checkups, just sick visits. Next week will probably be bad. I have 25 checkups on Monday! Ugh!!!!

Good Saturday morning!!!

Today is a big DIS Meet that I've been looking forward to for quite some time now It's kinda far from home, so Kevin bought me a GPS thingy for my car so Stephanie and I don't get lost This is my first time driving this far w/o him, so it's kind of a big step for me. At The Meet we are all going to see Cars, and then going to a food court in a mall to visit - it's going to be great!!! I wish you guys lived closer so you could be there too.

Good Sunday morning!!!

Today is our town's 4th of July parade and fireworks. This is one of Stephanie's most favorite day's of the year . She gets to sit on a firetruck and throw out candy. Katie and I are going to sit in the squad with Kevin because Katie would not be able to handle all the sirens on top of the engine Then after the parade my entire family is coming over to my house for sandwichs. We are going to break out some games and just hang out until we leave for the fireworks

So, today will be a pretty active day!!!




The DIS Meet yesterday was great!!! I got to meet alot of wonderful people and see some people I already met I just love going to DIS Meets!! I think I am going to be the hostess for the next one!!!



Idroveallnight - I really love Cars too!!! This is the second time I've seen it, and I enjoyed it even more the second time around!!

eeyoresmountainpals - Have a good safe trip to PA!!! We'll miss you!!!

Good Monday morning!!

We had a great afternoon yesterday. Kevin drove the 1939 fire engine, "the antique", for the kids to sit on the back and throw candy. I sat in the front by him with Katie. Katie attempted to throw candy, but it never went very far

Then my family came over for dinner. It was such a great day that we ate outside and played bean bags. I was hoping for warmer weather so we could use the pool, but we still had fun!!

Then my mom, my SIL, the girls and I went to fireworks. Unfortunately for that, it started to rain, but it was still okay. We watched from my car and sat under the back hatch door, and we didn't get wet. So.....it was a good day!!!!

Today I have to go to work I would much rather be home!!!

Good Tuesday morning!!!

Today is the day I was suppossed to get that shot in my neck. But they called yesterday and cancelled it, and now I have to reschedule it I'm not sure when I'm going to be doing it, because Kevin has to rearrange things now to be off work on a different day, and my mom has to rearrange things with her schedule to be here with Katie. I sure hope they cancelled my appointment for a good reason, because it affects more than just me.

Idroveallnight - how was James's first Allstar game? Did they win?

slo - that has to be so frustrating about your shot!! James' team won which is great, but it was a horrible game! We beat the other team 25-0. There is no mercy rule in Allstars and we scored 17 runs in one inning. I felt so bad for those kids. It could be us tonite, though! We paly a different team tonite. Keep your fingers crossed!!

Ok - so we didn't win tonite. We had a horrible first inning & they got 10 runs, but after that we held them to many fewer runs. The final was 13 - 6. James had a great double play. He tagged the runner out at home & then threw to first & got the runner out there. We are off tomorrow and will play this team again Thursday. Good night all!!!

Good morning!!!

I'm tired today after being up until midnight last night studying. Tomorrow is the big test and I'm nervous that I'm not going to know enough . Thank goodness I'm not working today so I can study this afternoon. This way I don't have to study tonight and I can get to bed at a good time.

The girls and I had a good day yesterday. After I picked Stephanie up from school we went to a park so they could play while I reviewed my flash cards. Then we walked on a path around a little lake that is by the park (this part I didn't like because now that I know what poison ivy looks like it was everywhere!!!! I kept telling the girls, "don't touch anything green!!"). Then we spread out a blanket and had a picnic lunch. It was a very nice morning and afternoon

Idroveallnight - Congrats to James on his teams win 2 nights ago . Also, that's to bad about the loss last night . In a way, a loss once in awhile is not a bad thing, because it will keep the team more humble and not over-confident. Good luck Thursday with the next game.

I went to bed at 10:30pm and slept great last night. I wish the test was this morning, but I have to wait until 6:30pm to take it, so think of me around that time. The teacher said that we could stick around for our results, and I'm definitly going to do that I will let you know tomorrow what I got .

This is a super fast before before I make Katie her breakfast.

I have a nature story for you.

Stephanie calls me and says, "Mom, there's deer out this morning."

I come downstairs and look out the picture window and sure enough there is a big mama deer and a baby deer (this first baby we have ever seen). The only thing is the mama was on one side of the fence and the baby was on the other side of the fence in our front yard (the fence I am refering to is a generic, wire fence that the owner of the pipeline easement put up before we moved in).

The baby was desperatly trying to get to his/her mama by sticking it's head through the wires and running up and down the fence line to find an opening. It was quite sad. The mama walked away into the forest and the baby was left by her/his self. Stephanie says, "Mom, she's lost!!" Then the baby deer started to cry (how sad), I've never heard a deer cry. The mama soon came back and jumped over the fence to rescue her baby.

I told Stephanie, "Go get the camera, quick!!!!" So she ran to get it and I opened the front door so I could take the picture. Meanwhile, the two deers walked into our front yard out of my sight. When Stephanie came back, I grabbed the camera and went outside, but they were gone . When I turned my back to take the camera, they must have ran across the street and into the weeds where the fence ends and they can enter the forest.

I'm glad the baby wasn't left alone, but I would have really liked that picture. When I went outside I thought to myself, "I'm going to get charged by an angry deer, but it's worth the picture" To bad I didn't get it.

So I wanted to share this with you because I was so excited to see a little Bambi in my front yard this morning.

Hi there - I'm home from my test!!!!

I'm proud to say that I got a 93% and A

I'm going to shout that from the rooftops, so bear with me


I GOT A 93% AN A!!!!!!!



I am so excited!!!! Tomorrow I am going to celebrate by floating in the pool and playing with my girls. I'm not even going to take one glance at my book tomorrow - I am taking the day off!!!!

Well, I gotta run and start cleaning up my house. With all the studying I've been doing, my house looks like a disaster.

I knew you could do it. James' team won last night - it was a close game! James got two people out and drove in the tying run. We will play again tonite to see who advances in the tournament. It means we won't leave for the beach until tomorrow, but that's OK! Well I am off to do laundry and then to work! Have a great day!!
