Calling All Expert Crafters

I am participating in the Disney Marathon. I have to wear my "special" running gear but wanted to add something to my shirt (or somewhere else?)that I am running for my SIL who passed away in 2006.

Wondering what kind of creative suggestions anyone has? How could I add her pic... a reg piece of paper would just rip I'm thinking?

How about you do a photo and iron it on a piece of fabric with photo transfer paper. and then it wont rip. or you can buy the fabric you can print on directly.
