calling all celiacs or GF followers

hi im trying to plan a quick vaca for the spring, just like 4 days. i wanted to go to vegas but i cant seem to find any GF dining info. anyone have any info or other GF vacation info. disney made it such a breeze, i dont want to fight over food on my next vaca. i would give up vegas if i could find another us location that had good gf dining. i was thinking somewhere warm and where i wouldnt need to rent a car. thanks in advance.

A vegas trip sounds like fun!

I would probably try to do a search of some restaurants you are interested in eating at and then see if they have a website with a menu. That way you could determine ahead of time if they have some options or not. I might also contact the restaurants directly to speak with a chef, that way you have an idea.

Since this is a vacation and you want to make sure you have a great time and wonderful food, I'd try to do as much pre-trip research as possible.

I haven't been to Las Vegas, but I'm sure you will be able to find some things to accommodate you! Good luck and let us know how it goes!
