Tina: Go for it! Steve & I are big geeks so we have lots f costumes from various things. I'm still working on something for 60's night, but have got 70's, 80's, and pirate night covered.

Joanna: Sad news, sorry but I just cancelled our RCCL cruise for next Aug. Alot of reasons but some are my heart will always be with DCL. I would like to re-book onboard for 2008. Might be hard to convince Chuck knowing we had a cruise to pay for yet for next year. I will be thinking of you & Bev.

Awww, Tina, we will miss you. Are you not cruising in 2007 at all? or are you cruising DCL?

Kris: Dante is FULL of personality. WE waited for him, planned for him. My DH even gave me a card and gifts like an expectant mother. I really could go on & on. This is what he looked like at 10 weeks and DH flew down and got him at 12 weeks.One of my fav. pics.

We have never done a 7 night cruise before, only the 3 nighter. I never knew there were themed nights except for the pirate night!

I ordered Red and White wines but I forgot to order non-alcoholic for those that do not drink so will take care of that before you all get there - I am so excited and I am not even going to get the chance to be there - make sure the toast is made to each other and that happiness, health, wealth and most important, friendship is mentioned and I send it with love.

And no, I still ain't tellin' until Friday night at Grills!!!

Moira - so sorry for your loss . A lot of times you hear about people being really good right before they pass on. My FIL was the same way - it makes it even more of a shock.

Speaking of my FIL - as some of you know we are still trying to get his estate resolved - the step children are fighting the biological children for the estate ( there won't be anything left by the time the lawyers are through - really, even the judge said that). We were supposed to be in court to resolve it on 7/24/06 but judge was ill so was postponed until 8/22/06. We told the court we couldn't be there because we will be in the middle of the ocean and thought everything was fine. Today the lawyer called and said that we had to fax proof that we couldn't change the cruise. I think that should be just common sense - the cruise leaves in 11 days. Hopefully this will be enough for them to change the date. Sorry to vent - it is just unconceievable(sp?) that they would even consider trying to force us to cancel our cruise.

Joanna: We can't do a cruise every year. We are still trying to get our house ready to sell down the road so we can build our dream home in Fla. It has been pushed back to 18 months because we want to finsh with Brooke's braces up here.


Andy: I guess we can figure it's not one of the 50 some people going to Grills. Hey Doreen that only leaves about another 150 we could guess from. That's a VERY NICE MESSAGE.


Linda: Sorry your still going through this nightmare !! You should be able to prove to the courts with know problem. Go on cruise, try not to think about and have a good time............I know it will be tough when you get back. That's one thing I am thankful for with my MIL, she really has thought of EVERYTHING and when she does pass there won't be any fighting about anything.



Terry: Just wanted to say hope things are going well at work for you.



Sue: I have sooooo many favorite pics. of Dante, as many as my own kids. This is also my first 7 night cruise on the magic.



Tony: Don't feel bad about pirate costume...............They do give you a pirate bandana at dinner and if you wear a pirate t-shirt well you now have a costume.

I guess it's just wishful thinking on my part. We never made it to the theme parties before. We also have late seating and it doesn't make much sense to go back to cabin to change for such a short time since I have to get up early and wake Diane up so we can go see the Ruins the next day. Think I will save the room in my suitcase.

Actually after talking to you Tina I bought myself a plastic peace sign necklace to wear & I'm still looking for a tye-dyed t-shirt so you better be there!!! If you're knocking on my door first thing in the am...I'm knocking on yours the night before!
