The irony of that is that I don't drink


But I will do some imbibing on the Magic!

Also, spoke with Shirley at The Perfect Gift yesterday for some little suprises for DW and DD. She really is a special person! This is how you play, It really is simple - if you come back to your room and find that you've been "tagged", sign the front of the Mickey, then you get to "tag" someone else's door that hasn't had it yet. If you don't hold onto the "tag" too long, we might be able to guarantee everyone getting the "tag" at least twice. We will go by the stateroom list. If you do not want to participate, please PM me and I will put a ** next to your name. Before cruise you can copy the list for your use. This is what the tag will look like.

Doreen, don't know if you're camera question was answered/decision made, but here's one thought: If there's another camera you like, go ahead and get it. Then you'll know (a) it works and (b) you'll definitely have it for the cruise. Plus your kids are old enough to get use out of your "old" camera, if you do get it fixed. HTH! Either way, you won't go wrong!

I'm Kris and will be traveling with my DH - Ken, DS(13) - Taylor, and DD(10) - Alyssa. It'll be our very first cruise!
We were supposed to have been on the Magic this past week but had to cancel due to my FIL passing away. We were lucky enough to find room on this cruise, with it being a double dip it's just a bonus.
Anyway, we'll be in stateroom 8006 and have late seating (all that was left!)
We are very excited about this much needed vacation and look forward to meeting some new friends (even if we sometimes get a little shy )
Oh, also, my DS(13) is interested in communicating with other 13 year old boys if others are interested.
I think that's about all for now.

So sorry to hear of your recent loss, I trust you will find solace during this cruise. I know what you are going through, my step-dad passed away a few weeks before our cruise this past May, then my step-mother passed away the end of June. The cruise was a nice way for us to unwind in May. All my best to you and your family.

Well well.....I missed the 10,000th post! LOL! Congrats to the winners!


Our shopping trip was quite successful! John and I got clothes for the cruise, clothes for work, a few things for DSs, we picked up our favorite Yankee Candles, I bought a few things in Bath&Body Works, and a few other items. Now I'm really feeling ready for the cruise.

And with 1 week down of running the department by myself, I'm no longer stressed about that!

Tina: Tag sounds like a lot of fun, count us in

I still have 7 lime green leis up for grabs, if anyone else is interested!

I just came back from the store and noticed the milk I bought had a exp. date of Aug. 18th on it. Never thought I be sooooo happy to see that.
