DW & DD (4.5) are looking to join you guys on the double dip. This will be our 2nd Disney Cruise (did the "Wilma Go Away" weste...make that eastern trip last year) and REALLY need a vacation. Will keep you posted!

Hi everybody!
I have a HUGE question about Castaway Cay:

Steve signed us up for the "personal watercraft" eco tour and I noticed that it says you get on the craft from the water. Never having been on a jetski or anything like that and being the world's biggest clutz, I'm getting kind of nervous. What does that mean and how hard is it to do?

It's official, we are in 6628 (if I recall correctly)! Very excited...and ready for it NOW

Aurora's Mommy: She did, for sure. The counselors were really great, all well trained and ready to talk to the parents. We usually had DD participate for an hour or so per day and she seemed to enjoy it every time. One time she had us paged because she was tired and all of the noise probably overwhelmed her. I don't forsee having that issue this time as she handles it a little better now. We will have to hook up and have the girls swim together DD is VERY friendly, loves to meet new kids (of course, that means she will be shy when you meet her...you know how that goes), etc.

Hi everyone! I assume Pirates and Cars will be showing on our cruise. I see where another Disney Movie, The Invincibles opens on Friday, August 25. Do you think that movie will show on our last night? It's a football movie so I'm not sure I'm going to love it, but I would love to see a movie on opening day!

I also just placed and order for more iron-on transfers, as most of the transfers I got last week are gone. I will be able to work on some more shirts over the weekend, and get them out in the mail next week. What I can't finish this weekend, I will work on once the transfers arrive early next week.

We got our package of T-shirts and magnetic sign today. They are very cool!! I was pleasantly surprised at how thrilled Catherine was. Normally getting a teenager to wear matching T-shirts doesn't get an enthusiastic response, but she was very happy.

You do nice work. Thanks for taking the time to make them.

Hah Hah He just looks adorable. How did you get him to stay still?? If only dogs could talk...!! And his coat is in excellent condition. Shiny dog!

Can't believe it is 8 weeks to the cruise and 7 weeks to us going on holidays! Planning this for a year now!

My work colleague is getting married today and is off to Mauritius and then Dubai for three weeks... was delighted for him but nearly cried! Would have loved to be going on my holidays now!

I know what you mean, as I have a teenage DD at home that doesn't care to match what mom and dad are wearing very much either, LOL!!!

Good Morning Everyone!

We are going to have another HOT, HOT day here.

Doreen and Marty made to Chicago yesterday. We have to send them some because it wasn't a very good first day there. They arrived at O'Hare at 9AM and decided to check out the windy city which yesterday happened to be the rainy city. They went driving around and then decided to walk around for awhile. She was about to take pictures and realized that her new camera(we(her whole family) bought her a really nice camera for her 40th birthday( she is trhe camera, picture taking member of our family) was not working. She went to a Ritz camera shop and they told her there was moisture in the camera and they could't do anything about it. Mind you the camera was working Wednesday! They suggested they take it to this shop around the corner and they could possible do something about it. It cost $15.00 for them to tell her the same thing. Needless to say she had to buy a new one.

I haven't heard from her since so I hope everthing is going okay and the rest of their weekend with be great!

Andy- I can't wait to get my package!!

Ed: Your sorta right.........Dante gets treated like a rock star. Afterall what do you call taking him places and lots of woman wanting to be around him? Groupies ?



Lori: At first Dante would let me put anything on him but then he got smart. Now I put goggles on and give him a treat, put hat on give him a treat. I tell him down and that's why he was in that position..........he would not move till I gave him his release word which is o.k. He knew after I said o.k he was getting a treat.




Moria: I have a new camera that I need to learn yet. Need to find the time especially before the cruise. It's amazing to see what Dante can do in the agility ring. His shampoo & conditioner is more $$ then I have ever spent for myself in that dept. The bright side is it is highly concentrated so he is still on the same bottles from this past December.

I have never seen a movie on a cruise..........but I think it would be neat to see one on opening day.
