Called & Found out had PIN - is this a good deal?

I see all these posts about people havings PINs and I found some good deals on Southwest and would love to go on a trip in November like we did last year so called Disney just to see if anything was attached to my name. The lady said, yes there was a PIN. She quoted me $630 for 4 nights at a moderate and that included 1 day park passes. I don't really need the passes as I have some nonexpiring from last trip but she said the pin had to include at least one day. I could always use them next trip.......

Or should I wait for the codes to be released to the public in August. Assuming they will release like last year.....

Seems to me like these pins always have to have something "attached" to them. You can't never just get a discount on a room rate.
