I just called to add an ADR for our December trip. The CM was wonderful: helpful, making sure I had ressies for MVMCP and CP while I was there and making sure I knew about the Tonga Toast (our ADR was for Kona Cafe).
I had elected in the automated menu beforehand to take the survey. Do the CM's KNOW you've chosen to take the survey when they answer your call? Do they pour it on b/c they know you're about to rate their service? Do you think it gets you through faster? I'd like to think not but just curious......It did say "We are experiencing high call volume" but my call was answered almost immediately (just had to wait for about the last 32 bars of "Spoonful of Sugar").
Any thoughts?
