When I called at my 90 day point at 7:00 AM I was on hold for about 25 minutes or so. Hopefully someone will help you soon. I managed to get everything we wanted at the time that we wanted. I'm sure everything will work out for you as well.

I finally got a reservationist at a little over a half an hour. I gave her a 2 hour window each day, since our group is so large. She was able to find a spot for us within those 2 hours. The only disappointment was the fantasmic package wasnt available, but we will just send the adults to save a row in the theatre, while one other adult entertains the children.

Glad you got your ADRs (for the most part). I did not call at 7 a.m. and never waited more than 5 minutes. I figured the dates and times I wanted were already available to others whose trip started earlier, so a few hours wasn't going to be that big of a deal. I can understand your concern with a larger party, though.
