Called at 11:50AM today, system is down!

I called successfully this morning and upgraded from the CR GW to the CR Tower BLV and saved $50. I wanted to check out what TPV was (I can't believe I forgot!) and see how much that would be.

After 30 minutes on hold and working 2 phones, I discovered their system is down for "System Enhancement". He suggested I call back in an hour to see if the system was back up again.

I feel so sorry for the CMs to break the news to all of the people waiting on hold.

Same thing happened to me, CM said it took for our resort but would not give her a confirmation. She took down my info and was going to call back.

I just checked "My Reservations" and it now reflects the total cost with Free Dining. You may want to see if yours updated.

I have been having similar issues. Online booking is unavailable and keep getting all circuits are busy when trying to call. I told Mom to just keep trying throughout the day. We managed to get part of the reservation done with the discount online earlier this morning but now everything seems to be blocked.

the CM just called me back to confirm from my previous call, Sounds like the "enhancements" are completed, You guys should try again.

Im having problems with the online booking... we already have a room at wl, but I didnt get a discount. I keep going back and forth about booking poly at a discount for about the same price... but everything i go to book it says system unavailable... maybe its the world trying to tell me just to keep our reservation at wl =)
