I am planning on going at the end of August. I hadn't received any pins. But, I didn't want to not get a reservation. So I booked and hoped I would get a pin. Nothing came. So I figured let me call and see what's up. They said I had a code that was activated recently and was good for all of 2012. It was 30% off. She did say good thing I called. Since the code expires 1/12.

We're going the end of August and I just tried calling but their systems are down for the next few hours. Do we need the code itself or just to know that there is a code?

I just called and asked if I had a code available.
 

I called and they couldn't find anything. I hope you have better luck.
 
Just called and I have nothing either. :sad1: I guess I will just have to keep waiting for a general public code for our dates. The current promotion ends the day before we are leaving to go. Shucks!!
 
I got a PIN code in the mail yesterday. I had just booked our trip on Tuesday. The "letter" addressed my plans for an October trip, which is what we booked. So I sent the info to my TA and she was going to call to see if it's a better deal than my AAA discount. Looks like it to me, so I'm hopeful.

My mailing only says 20% though, but maybe she'll find something even better when she calls today.

The code the OP is talking about is specific to an individual.

You can ask if there is a code attached to your name (usually you would get a mailing for this, but they are sometimes misplaced or don't make it to you but it's still in their system that you received one)
 
I've called twice so far today and have been told both times that the computers are receiving an update and they can't get into that system. Hmmmm, wonder if that's even true? Maybe I'll have a code after the "update".:wizard:

Yes, I called and they pulled up my reservations. Then I asked if their is any code available that I could use for my dates. They said one was activated recently and I would have to redeem it by 1/12.
 
I called to see if there was any new PIN since I had gotten one in November for dates up to March. The lady I spoke with said I had nothing new. Do you think I should call back and inquire again and book my dates anyway?
 
Nothing for me. . . oh well. 25% at a Deluxe in March will have to do.
 
So there are codes out there that are good for all of 2012? I had one of those codes last year (actually, my DH did, not me!), I was hoping for another this year, since we want to go in September or October. Maybe I should call. I hate calling and asking, though, because I know some CM's are weird about checking.

Maybe I'll have my DH call! :laughing:
 
Lucky you to get a code! I am hoping and praying we get one so we can book our trip for May. Was your code good for ALL resorts? If not, which ones would it be valid for? Thanks!
 
I called and got 35% off a value. Good August and through Sept 27th. Woo-hoo!!!!
