Called again

I just called to 'check';) to see if there was a code attached to my name. The CM I asked told me "Disney doesn't do that, the codes are mailed or emailed out, there is no such thing as a code attached to your name"....guess I should call back again?!:confused3
 
I called today & spoke to someone very nice. Told her I received a 40% off in the mail (which I did & it is not for my dates). The gal went through all the codes in the system & tried just about all of them to see if any would work. Again, I have called several times & this is the 1st time anyone was sooooo helpful!!!!:cool1: :cheer2:
 
I did not recv a code in the mail but when I called they checked my name and it had a code attached. The thing is it wasn't attached to my correct name that we have traveled under before. It was under my Nickname that I used requested the planning dvd online...hmmmmm?!! ;)

So, that is where my code came from...HTH:)
 

I had a code attached to my name last year. So Disney DOES do that...it just depends on who you talk to. You could hang up and call back 30 seconds later and get a totally different answer.
