Disney needs to hire customer service back yesterday.
I have been calling every day this week when able trying to resolve an “issue.” For example: Monday…on hold for over an hour and had to give up. Tuesday, got a message “call back another time” and was disconnected. Called today and was told the wait would be 59 minutes. I’m 31 minutes in as I type this.
Anyone having any better luck?
