what have you found better for booking your ADRs? I can't book until Aug 25 so I'd like to plan ahead (already got to ask if I can go into work late that day )

I like online better. I find it quicker and Iget to see what is available plus you can start making reservation online at 6am vs phone at 7am

If you are on the dining plan and you want CRT or HDDR, you have to do it on the phone. You have to use a credit card to hold the reservation. If you do it on line they charge your card immediately--found this out the hard way!

I did mine online last month. I was online the minute it opened (was at the computer at 5 a.m. CST since it opened at 6 a.m. EST) and got everything I wanted within minutes. If you are staying on property, remember you can make all 10 days on that 180th day before which is a huge bonus! I did have alternate plans laid out in case I couldn't get what I wanted, but didn't need them!

I did mine on July 24th for Jan 20th through 27th. So simple on line, everything went without a hitch. I didnt get online until a few hours after the system opened up and still everything was all good.

All I did was familirize myself with the process (this was my first time booking ADR's) a few days before and when the time came it was E-Z P-Z

I got my money refunded on my card, but I had to rebook by phone for CRT. I knew better before I booked HDDR so no problem

I prefer to book online......I think it's quicker and easier..... But I did have to call to book CRT since we are on the DlxDP .

You can book CRT (Cinderella's Royal Table ) and HDDR (Hoop Dee Doo Review) online with the dinining plan without your credit card being charged. Simply make sure that you associate your dining plan to your reservation before you book - they you will only be required to have a credit card guarantee.

There was a glitch a few weeks ago for a day or two where this was not the case, so the pp may have been caught in the crunch.

I love doing it online. It is super easy to do and I like having the email confirmations. It is also easy to cancel from your email confirmation if you need to. Plus you can start at 6am!

I used online for my uncoming trip. It is easy, and you can see availability at multiple restuarants at once.

I only call if I want to add a special celebratin, or order a cake.

Hi, I have made a number of reservations and I have been trying to check them online.....but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Does anyone know how (or if) I can check my reservations that I have already made online.
