Call Member Services Daily?

Ok this may sound crazy but we are trying to plan a last min trip this December and if course the availability is very limited which I knew going in. So I booked 4 days that were available for the week we want and waitlisted the entire week in 2 locations. My question is should I call MS daily to see if anything has opened up for instance one more day of our trip has become available but it would not satify our entire waitlist request?
 
Some people do that and eventually are successful according to what they post here. If you have the inclination and the time, do it!
 
It shouldn't have any impact on the success in getting a waitlisted room, but apparently it does. As Bobbiwoz said, if you are inclined to do so, then have at it.

IMHO, it's a major flaw in the DVC reservation system. I'm pretty jaded on the waitlist system since I'm batting 0 for 4 in my waitlist requests. :sad2:
 
We are on a wait list for the BWV and BCV for our trip in Oct. I have been calling a couple of times a week to see if even a few days open up. So far.......NOTHING. But, I still try every few days.
 

Yes. Filling a week long waitlist is typically more difficult than getting single days and the only way you can do that now is by calling.

We are also going in December and at first only able to get a studio at OKW. So I called every other day for 2 weeks and we got BWV for the entire week and one night at BLT. So happy...Call and Call again and good luck..:scared1:
