Call me crazy!

OK I know this is my first trip and I am doing it for my boys....but we are staying at POP for 15 nights and I can not wait! But go ahead and call me crazy, I want a 60's building - first floor - facing pool and close to Classic Hall......I just want to go and have a blast and enjoy everything, forget sleeping. I have a feeling I am going to so exhausted I could sleep in the middle of MK itself!

So....since my request is so unusual, how likely will I get it. We won't be checking in until Friday at 10:30 PM or so.

just so you know, there's a $10 add'l charge for the 60s buildings (for 15 nights that adds up!) we stayed in 50s and i don't think it's any further from classic hall than 60s... we loved both pools (bowling pin and hippy dippy) and i liked my 4th floor room because it was quiet... first floor had a LOT of foot traffic outside the doors... the buildings have elevators so it's not that much of a difference in energy needed to get to your room! LOL! oh, and in building one, we had a shorter walk to the buses than the 60s rooms!

yup, I know it's an additional $150 plus tax, it's where the kids wanna stay and the building they picked. We will see how much of our "wish list" is available when we get there I guess....If something not really close in 60's is available then I'll request the 50's.

Your request can be granted if its available. I usually request bldg 60 facing the pool, near the elevator, facing Baloo/Mowlgi on the 4th floor. And it was available when I asked and it was granted. I like your choice location, but I would want to be on the 4th floor.

We love this location! We like to be in the middle of action. We didn't hear any noise from the 4th floor. And we want to have a nice view of Baloo/Mowgli. The only reason why I never ask for the ground floor in any resorts is because I don't want to take the chance of any critters crawling in our room. It is Florida where there's lots of snakes and lizards and cockroaches and gators.

OK, dahhh didn't even think of the buggies, and I lived in the Orlando area....Not worried too much about the Gators but do remember the ants/snakes/lizards and god forbid roaches that you can't get rid of I don't care! Thanks for reminding me of that one. Maybe right before we leave I'll request a higher floor. Whats across from Baloo
