Call if late arrival?

We'll probably be arriving at OKW VERY late - midnight or a little later on our next trip.

Do I need to call that day if we'll be very late like that?

No. Your reservation will be held- since it's paid in full as of that day.

If you will need a wheelchair, or have rented a motorized one, you will need to let them know ahead of time that you will be quite late, otherwise they lock them up, and you may not be able to get that equipment until the next day.

Although it's not required, I would let them know, especially if you have room requests. Otherwise, you'll get whatever is left. I don't know if they would block a room for you but I would call that morning to let them know of your late arrival. Can't hurt! Have a great time!

That is what I would do, as well.

I had a late check in at BWI once and had them note it on the reservation too.
