Californial Grill and Fireworks viewing

We're going in November and it's on a MVMCP night. Do they let you go out on the roof to see the Holiday wishes and is the music piped in on those nights? I didn't realize that Wishes was going to be a 6PM that night because it's a party night. We have dinner reservations at 7:15.

I'm not sure about the holiday fireworks; but wishes music is piped in onto the deck; lights are dimmed. It is really very nice! You could checkin for your reservation early grab a drink from the bar and they have a little seating area; then when it's time go out and watch. And with checking early you might get your dinner ressie early. Hope that helps!

Bobbi, I'm sure they would allow you to walk outside to see the holiday fireworks.

I too don't know about the music for that set of fireworks. They may not since it's a hard ticket event. I know it's not played at the Polynesian for those events although the music for Wishes is.

Thanks! At any rate, we'll get to the 6PM Wishes at MK and then go for our dinner. If we're lucky we'll at least see 2 versions of fireworks that night! I love to see fireworks!

We had ADR for Cali Grill (6pm ish) in Jan/08 on P&PP night.
We wanted to catch Wishes from CG but that day at MK signs indicated the next presentation of Wishes would be the following day.
Our waitress (with over 10 years experience working at CG) told us they only have the fireworks 1 time a night at MK (except for July4 & New Year) which would be 10 pm for the P&PP. We were invited back to CG for the 10 pm special presentation of Wishes
You might want to consider a later time for those resies

Ok...that Friday is a "travel to" day for us, and we'll be willing to stay around for the fireworks at the MVMCP. Thanks for the information. I didn't know there wouldn't be Wishes at the regular end of the park day.
