I scored reservations 25 mins before firework times at MK. I was wondering if all the seats in the restaurant are good for firework viewing. Is it worth keeping if not?
Wellllll - 25 minutes is MAYBE a little close. However - don't worry . Most folks go out to the observation deck for wishes - so just about ANY table is perfect .
It is highly unlikely that you will be seated at a window table with a fireworks view with an ADR 25 minutes before fireworks are scheduled. Anyone seated at those tables with 25 minutes til fireworks is staying there. All seats are not good for fireworks viewing. If a good view of the fireworks from your table is your goal, than no it is not worth it. If you goal is to experience the food at an expensive Signature Restaurant, than yes it is worth keeping. That said, only you can judge what is "worth" it to you.
As others have said, it's highly unlikely that you'd get a window table with a view of Wishes that close to the start of the show. Most of the tables inside CA Grill either have no view or an obstructed view, so the majority of the guests head out to the observation deck anyway. I like the food and service at CA Grill, so I would happily go there to have a meal. However, if your main goal is to watch Wishes from your table, then I would not go because you probably won't get a window table (even if you had an earlier ADR it's hard to say if you'd get a window table or not because those are popular).
Gotta add... there is ONE thing about window tables, around Wishes time, that the Grill TRIES to control... without a lot of success.
IF you get one? Other patrons tend to gravitate to within about a foot of you table - right in the middle of your entrée . It's not the worst thing to let your wonderful waiter TIME your meal around Wishes - then go out on the deck . The CG staff is EXPERT at this (to the point of amazement). I've seen them choreograph an entire 2 hour dinner, with an absolutely PERFECT break between courses, to accommodate Wishes .
To the OP; not all of the tables are good for viewing the fireworks. There is a row of tables that run along the restaurant toward the server stations and just left of the bar area as you face the window. These tables have a community feel booth seat which does face the window and a chair with one's back away from the window. If you were to be seated at these tables one of you would have to turn the chair all the way around in order to watch the fireworks while dining.

This exactly! Our meal was timed perfectly around Wishes viewing by our server. We were able to finish our appetizers and take our wine out on the deck to watch the fireworks then come in for a perfectly served entree. Great experience. Cheers!!!

We had one of these "community booth seats" at our meal there in April. We timed ours so that we were eating dessert when the fireworks started. DH just came and sat on the booth side with me to watch while we ate dessert. Obviously this isn't possible if you're a family with children though. That being said, the observation deck is nice as well.

This is exactly what we did as well a few days ago when we were there. Going out on the observation deck was out for us since it was raining pretty good and we really didn't care to get wet.

Laughing.... . Sandy and I have DONE that - hit the deck in the middle of a rainstorm . We cheat.... I always carry a very small pack with our raingear in it . Had to walk back to the busses from Fulton's one night in the middle of a semi-hurricane . Our shoes got a little wet - but you should have seen the other guys .
