Has anyone dined at CG on New Year's Eve? I called and they have a special menu @ 500.00 pp which I had to decline. I understand it was 475.00 pp last yr. I would love to read a review re:food, etc. Thanks!

We've eaten there several times and absolutely loved it each time!! Would like to see any info or reviews about the NYE dinner OP is talking about.

The pork sirlion which my friend ate was superb. I wanted to steal his plate and I swear I would have if he didnt scarf it down. My pita lobster as shown above was good until I kinda got tired of the taste and wanted to just hurry and eat it. Me and my friends couldnt really read any of the menu and just sat there for like 1 hour going "Ummm Ummmm Ummm" and the food was really expensive so we sat there another 30 minutes saying the same thing Overall I would dine there for just the pork he had but I want to try other restaurants

about this too. Not surprised that it has been discussed on these boards before.

It's not your typical CG dinner - more of a New Years' Eve party. See the link for details from a previous year. I like the fact that window tables are assigned by lottery.
