My DH and I are on the regular DP and would like to do one Signature Dining meal.
Taking in to consideration, aesthetics, food quality and service, WWYD?

California Grill, Yachtsman Steakhouse or Narcoosee's?
We like all food...

Narcoosees is my favorite. you can take your drink out to the water and watch wishes between your entree and dessert....

We ate at all three of these restaurants on our trip this past May, and honestly we really liked all three. California Grill, however, was the BEST. WE are currently planning another trip for May, '09 and the one restaurant we intend to do again is California Grill. There is just something very magical about watching the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom from the 15th floor of the Contemporary on the California Grill's observation deck - not to mention the sushi!!

Here is our reviews and pictures of each of the restaurants you mentioned. Hope this helps!

Best of luck! Honestly, I don't think you'll go wrong with any of these three, but we prefer California Grill.

Of these three, Yachtsman is our favorite. Never been disappointed in the food or the service.

I haven't eaten at CG, but between Narcoossee's and Yachtsman, I would have to pick Yachtsman. Narcoosee's was an amazing meal. I sure hope the almond cheesecake stays on the menu at least until January!! We had great service there, an incredible meal and the perfect view of MK from our table.

Yachtsman just had a little something extra to put it over the top. I'm not sure I can put my finger on it. Maybe it was just the circumstance or our mood. The service here was unprecedented. Oscar was our server and we were sure to recognize his efforts!!! We must have had great table karma last trip, because we received a perfect table so we could overlook SAB and could see the fireworks from Illuminations over the top of the buildings. You could feel the booooom when they went off. Very nice meal. I think partly it was nice to not have to travel after we finished since we were staying right at BC.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of your choices. It would come down to where my plans had me for the day. If I planned to be in MK, I would go with Narcoossees. If at Epcot or DHS, Yachtsman.

I would pick California Grill, unless you want steak, then go to Yachtsman.

Narcoossees is our favorite! We love it there and go everytime we visit WDW. I especially like the whole maine lobster, it is delicious. We have always had wonderful service. The view is great and we enjoy taking the resort launch from the MK over to the GF.

Well we just got back on Friday from a wonderful 8 day trip. We ate at all three. Yachtsman was very good the steak was delish. The view from California Grill is unbelievable and we caught Wishes from there it was awesome the food and service was the best. Ron was our waiter terrific guy they had mickey confetti scattered on our table (it was our 30th Anniversary trip) a little chocolate wafer in our dessert that said Happy Anniversary with our names on it. The we did Narcoossee our last night it also was great the view to see the fireworks was great you could go out on the deck if you wanted, the menus had our names across the top with Happy Anniversary I tell you it was amazing but all in all I have to say the food at California grill was the best IMO. Whichever you choose I don't think you will be dissappointed but to catch the fireworks I would do either CG or Narcoossee

We've eaten at all 3 on numerous occasions and I would definitely pick CG.

CG hands down. Ask for the wine room for a quiet leisurely experience!

We are looking for one specialty for a date night meal and I think we've decided on Narcoossee's due to lobster or surf & turf. Have you reviewed the menus? The food at CG does NOTHING for me. We don't eat sushi and the menu seems a bit out there to me. The plus about Yachtsman's is that you could walk over to Epcot if you have time following dinner.

Never been to Narcoossee's (going on my trip this year!), but I've been to the other two. Both are fabulous, and I would agree with the poster who said CG, unless you want steak.

However, I really don't think you can go wrong with any of those choices.
