I found out the holiday fireworks will be going off at 9:15pm when I'll be at the California Grill. I'm hoping to see them towards the end of my meal. Right now I have a ADR for 7:30. For those who have done this - does this timing sound about right or should I make it for a later time? We'll be eating appetizer, entree, and dessert. :thumbsup2

Ask your server to time the meal right - if he/she is good he/she will ensure you're still enjoying the meal when Wishes commences. Our dinner there last month lasted 2 hours.

Keep your ADR as is. When we were there in Dec, we had 8 PM ADRs and weren't seated until about 8:30, and it does take about 2 hours for dinner. Perfect for enjoying the fireworks!

Don't change your ADR's. They are perfect. We had ADR's for 8 pm last Dec. By the time we got seated and ordered drinks, appetizers..... you can easily sit comfortably and wait for Wishes. The servers at the CG are awesome. You will not have any problem. We viewed Wishes at 9pm, came back and ate the rest of our meal.

Enjoy. It's one of the most memorable times my girls have had at Disney. They still talk about it.... 8 months later !!
