Yes. CA Grill brunch is two credits on the dining plan, regardless of which plan you are on (well, except the QS plan). In my opinion, this brunch is the best use of two credits at any Disney restaurant. Enjoy.

Agreed. Between the excellent and plentiful food, the view, and the included valet parking for the day it can't be beat.
