How far in advance can you make reservations for the California Grill???

180 days out ...

OR if you're staying on-site at a Disney resort, you can make your reservation 180 days from your check-in date, + any days up to 10 days past your check-in date

I don't know about Il Mulino or some of the other non-Disney up-scale restaurants, but the 180 day rule is probably for 98% of the places:

Cali Grill, Jiko, Artist Point, Yatchsman, Narcosee's (sp?), Citricos, Victoria & Albert's, Flying Fish etc ...

Due to the dining plan + 180 day window, the days of spontaneous dining are quickly dissapearing

It is 180 days out and if you want a specific time like during the fireworks, you need to start calling on that day. The place fills up quickly.

The Las Vegas location is excellent, and I'm thinking about hitting the Disney chain in October.

I just checked out the website!!! Looks like I will be trying Il Mulino out sometime soon. Thanks for the info.
