We're planning to go to the California grill in mid-September so we can catch the Wishes fireworks. As someone mentioned before, the hours for the parks aren't displayed until 2 months before while you can get reservations 3 months ahead. As I've never been to WDW in September, what do the experienced Dis'sers suggest we make our reservations? 6pm? 7pm? 8pm? I just can't seem to tell based on old hours what might be the closing time.
