Hey Fellow Disney Enthusiasts!

I need some advice!

Some fairy godmother or other sent some major magic my way my this afternoon, and I was able to snag a 9:00pm reservation for California Grill for the first day of our trip. Which, is in TWO DAYS! (YAY!)

Now, I know that HEE Fireworks start AT 9:00pm, and I was just wondering: Do you think getting there early would be at all helpful, since I know people tend to stay in their seats for quite a while for the fireworks? I'm worried that we'll be waiting by the hostess desk for the show.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all so much!

You check in on the 2nd floor and then they’ll let you on the special elevator to the restaurant on the top floor. Give yourself enough time to get upstairs. The elevator is small and can get crowded - especially right before the fireworks start.

If you get there early enough, you can get a drink at the bar if you want and have a seat in the lounge or start hanging out on the deck until the show starts.

Whenever we eat during fireworks time, right before the show starts, the waiter always asks if we want to go outside and offers to hold our food up if we want to eat after the show. So, some tables may get up at the last minute and others may stay put.

There’s s back deck where you can watch the Epcot show, too!
