We did Chef Mickey's last week on a Saturday night at 6:20ish. Very little wait to be seated. Basically we placed our drink orders and then did the buffet line which was not crowded. It was DH and myself, with DD 2 & DD5 so we take longer to help with their plates and such. I would say we were easily done in less than an hour. It really depends on where you are sitting as the characters come around, and whether you finish eating before all the characters come to your table and you wait on them. But that was not a problem for us at Chef Mickeys - but it was at several other character meals. We enjoyed Chef Mickey's the best. I did notice that as we were leaving there was a longer line waiting to check in and thought to myself that I would not want to wait until 7:30 or 8 to eat there due to the crowd....but that may vary each night - I don't know.
