California Grill Brunch on 12/30

Since 12/30 is a Sunday, will they have brunch at California Grill? And if they do will you be able to go up that night to view fireworks like normal? Was thinking of booking this if it would give us access to see the special NYE fireworks that night, but since it's special fireworks was wondering if they won't offer this benefit that night? I think they only do the expensive party at California Grill on actual NYE, is that right?
