California Grill bar

I have heard that they have a great wine selection. Do I need an ADR just to go sit at the bar have a few glasses and maybe an appetizer?

No... I am pretty sure that if you ask at the desk if there is room at the bar upstairs and they have the room you can def. go up there... I know that before our ADRs we have gone up there and had no problem sitting at the bar but you should be fine even without an ADR.
