An ADR made for an hour and a half or less before Wishes starts would be perfect. You would at least have time for your appetizer and possibly your entree before the show starts. The wait staff will hold the rest of your meal until the show finishes. This lets you comfortably watch either from your table or the outside viewing area without your food getting cold. I do not believe it is possible to request a window table in advance. Of course you can always ask when you get there, but there is no guarantee. Don't forget that most of the other diners will have requested the same thing. A lot depends on availability when you check in, and also the table size required for your party.
Also something to note: if you dine early and finish before Wishes start, as long as you keep your dinner receipt you can leave and then return to the viewing platform to watch the show. So much more considerate than to book an early ADR and then keep the table loooong after finishing, thus ensuring that later diners will be really late being seated.
