Cali Grill Quick Help needed

We would love to eat at the Cali Grill and view the fireworks- either during dinner, or shortly after- 2 adults, 2 kids

There are two times available the day we want

5:45pm and 7:25pm

Fireworks are at 8pm

which time should we choose?

Depends, would you rather have fireworks after your meal or after your appetizers?

We had ours after our appetizers, and we loved it (the waiter was nice enough to hold our entrees until we got back). But thinking about it, fireworks at the end of our meal would have been just as good if not better (provided you're not too stuffed).

The other thing to consider is that the earlier meal would cut into your park time. If that's not an issue I'd go for the earlier time!
