I would probably do it twice in a trip. I love brunch and I don't prefer most of the Disney Springs restaurants that do brunch, plus it is so easy to walk over to MK from the restaurant to do rides either before or after brunch and we always need a break from MK.

Its our favorite meal on property! That being said, though, we wouldn't do it twice in one trip. Its just too much and time consuming.
