Calculating my 60 days out

I apologize if this is posted somewhere, but I couldn't find it.
We are checking in to the hotel on July 24th. I am trying to determine which day I can begin making reservations. I am in California, so I will need to wake up in the middle of the night to do this and I don't want to have to do it more than once.

Would I be making reservations then on the 25th or 26th? Is there somewhere on the website that would tell me the date (I couldn't find one). Basically when I use a calendar to count 60 days backwards, do I count one on July 24th or July 23rd?

What time to the reservations start? I think I read on here that it would open at 3:00 am PST, so 6 am EST.

I found a calculator online as I get confused too. I don’t have the link readily available but you can Google Disney dining reservations calculator and it should come up. Then bookmark it for future.

Your ADR date is May 25th. I am checking in on July 23rd and mine is May 24th, so I'm counting down with you The window opens at 6 Eastern as far as I know. I have seen people state 5:45, but I have never seen that actually happen. It could be just my bad luck though lol
