Calcific tendonitis/bursitis in shoulder.....

STINKS!!!!! Ooowww.

It is just getting worse, so I am going to have to bite the bullet and go to physical therapy. I can't take anti-inflammatory meds, so if PT doesn't work, looks like a cortisone shot is on my future.

Anyone ever have this? Tell me about it.

That sudden pain used to knock me to the floor...literally.. just awful.

I did cortizone shots (it took two) and physical therapy. make sure you do the physical therapy at home to keep the shoulder from freezing uu. A bag of peas became my best friend. The combination of the two has worked for 3 years.
