We have PS for 11/30 and know about the changes to their "dress" code. Are jeans ok? We are going to be a party of 8 with 3 children. Any info is greatly aprreciated.

Thanks

Nice dressy jeans, no ripped holey, faded, etc. seem to be OK.

be sure to wear a nice shirt such as a polo type or blouse. :earboy2:

Yes! They are turning people away who aren't in a collared shirt. I"m sure a guy with a dressy tee (like a silk knit) under a sport coatr would be fine, or a turtleneck in cooler months. Women don't need a collar, but they do need a blouse or sweater or something along those lines, not a t-shirt with "Gold's Gym" across the front.

A nice shirt without a collar is FINE. A jacket is not required or recommended. I even wore wear flip flops three weeks ago. As long as you don't go like a slob you'll be fine.

I have worn a pair of nice dark jeans that were pressed and haven't gotten turned away yet. Just wear a blouse, button shirt, or a sweater or something like that.

We were there a month ago and saw a big group where a number of the people had jeans and flannel shirts on. No holes or anything, but definitely jeans that had been worn before.

I think the post that said as long as you don't look like a slob you'll be fine is pretty accurate.

I'm fairly sure that the color and/or age of your jeans won't be a factor in letting anyone in.
If jeans are "acceptable" ---then jeans are acceptable.

Even with the dress code, we saw a young man in jailin jeans & a wife beater there in Aug. It was apparent to me that they aren't really enforcing the dress code anyways - that it's merely a suggestion.

We have gone to CG after a day at MK with a t shirt and short and runners so if they have a dress code they don't seem to enforce it. We weren't the only ones dressed like that either there were many guests dressed the same way.

Jeans are ok in the dress code, only torn clothing is not, so as long as the jeans aren't torn, you're fine.
