Calabay Parc houses?

Has anyone ever stayed at a house here? Is it a nice area? How far away is it REALLY from Disney?!!!

The community is out on 27 south. They are beautiful homes. Have been in them but have never stayed.

Hi. We have not stayed at Calabay Parc, but we did stay at Regal Palms which is a little further up on 27 (if you look at the map it is right near Highland Reserve). From there, it took us 10 minutes to get to the Sherbeth Road shortcut (Formosa Gardens area) off 192 which leads to the parks. I am guessing it would be another 5 minutes to Calabay Parc area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in that area but it does add time to your drive compared to closer developments like Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills. We have found the price difference is worth an additional 10 minutes though.

We did in 2004. I dont think it was gated but it was nice. I remember it being around 15-20 minute's with all the light's on 192. When you get to 27 and meake your left, there really arent any light's. The good thing about the drive was that the kids got a good nap in. Its not very convienant if you are going back to the parks after a break. That is the only downside.
