anyone know how and from who I can get a cake delivered to AKV jambo for a birthday?

You can order from one of the shopping services (and get refreshments too) such as Garden Grocer or WeGoShop.

I've ordered from a local Publix store, had it personalized as I chose, and delivered by WeGoShop. Worked out very nicely.

You can also order a customized cake directly from Disney. There is a huge cake thread on the restaurant boards.
We just ordered a cake for our dd's third bday trip in a couple weeks. It was easy once we decided what we wanted. We are having ours delivered to a restaurant for dessert after our dinner.
