cakes delivered to hotel

I think I read somewhere that Universal does specialty cakes, like birthday cakes ? My daughter is turning 17 next month and is asking me to order her a cake if possible. We are staying at Cabana Bay and are planning a birthday dinner at Cowfish (her choice). Is it possible to have a cake delivered to either and if so, how do we go about ordering?

the only time i had a cake delivered to me in my room was done through HRH.
i was staying there on vacation.

call the hotel you have reservations and ask them if they do cake orders and room delivery.
