Not sure what you want to know. There are several threads on the restaurant board about ordering custom cakes, with photos and descriptions, if you want to know what is available, and where.

Not exactly sure if you are asking about birthday cake options or if you are wanting opinions on whether they are good, but pretty much every restaurant on property offers the standard chocolate or vanilla Mickey head cake. I've never had it, but heard it's pretty good. You can add it when making your reservation. Most resort QS food courts have them premade in a cooler too.
