Our 5 year anniversary is coming up this year and I wanted to know if it was possible to order a cake from Grand Floridian and have it delivered outside of Disney? I had ordered a 1yr cake when we went back to Disney but this year money wont allow us to make the trip. Didnt know if anyone knows if they'll do it or not..

Thanks,
Chris

I don't think you can from the grand but I do believe the boardwalk will be able to help you out :)

Yeah, the BoardWalk Bakery is the only one with a storefront where you could actually go pick up a cake, but none of them will deliver off-property.

Have you considered having a local bakery re-create your top layer? We do this pretty much every year, and most of them have tasted better than our wedding cake! :thumbsup2

Our daughter was married in Nov 2011 at the wedding pavilion and reception at the GF ballroom. She and her husband went down to GF to stay for one night before going on the Disney Cruise line last November. As a surprise I called the GF and asked if they could recreate the top of their wedding cake and have it delivered to their room, so I do know they can pull records and get info to make it. Not sure if they can send it though.
