Cake delivery

I ordered a cake from Contemp. to be delivered to my room after arrival. They stated that it would have a delivery fee and gratitude fee. Does anyone know what these fees would be?

It is 18% gratuity, $3 delivery, and 6.5% tax. I just called them about a cake delivery this morning.
