cake bags/boxes

Any suggestions on where to buy these or should I buy these? We are having lunch at the Napa room with a few dessert already included in the menu. I really don't save very much by taking them out. If people eat those desserts they will be taking cake with them.

I know we are not suppose to take home desserts from the dessert party but if we can I will. We could just use ziplock bags for this.

Awhile back someone posted where they bought labels from but I don't remember the site. I was thinking I could just buy bags at a craft store and put labels on them. We could also put the labels on the caricature tubes.

I purchased some off of ebay. If you're interested send me a PM and I can give you the seller's name. They had a few different sizes and styles to choose from. I bought 4x4x4 inch pink cupcake boxes.

For the dessert party, we just bought cake bags from the party depot, then had lables printed from myownlables and it worked perfectly.

Unfortunatley, no one took pictures of the bags and lables while they were all perfect, unused and pretty but here is a picture of the lables.

I ended up going with the ones like Bridget in pink with the wording "and they lived happily ever after" and an M in the middle. Now off to finalize the box/bag situation.

And just in case any other bride stumbles across this, they have a ton of styles and colors to choose from, but if you don't find one you like you can upload your own artwork and choose the label to put it on.

I did this for our at-home celebration because I was too busy to print off my own water bottle labels and gift tags.

Here is apic of how the water bottles came labels came out. I asked a disigner on the DISign boards to do a graphic for me, and then I just uploaded it to the labels website and chose the type of label I wanted. They did the rest!
