Caffine free drinks

I'm in the same boat. And I don't do sugar either - so I only want caffiene free and sugar free drinks. Other than water or decaf coffee, I'm out of luck at WDW. So, a Godsend for me has been the new (out for maybe a year?) Crystal Light single serve packets. They come in lemonade and raspberry. I buy them at Target in a little box of may 15? They are in the kool-aid isle. Anyway, they are very easy to carry around - each packet is a little tube, about 2 inches long. Each one is pre-measured for a standard bottle of water. I have used them in both the 16.9 and 20 oz bottles just fine.

The food courts at the hotels (ASMo and POR anyway) DO have caffiene free diet Coke - but that's no help in the parks!

My mom can't have caffiene due to high blood pressure. She RAVES about the crystal light packets. Haven't tried them myself. But she goes on and on. They must be great. :teeth:

Be careful with the Crystal Light packs if you are prone to headaches. The nutrasweet gives some people severe headaches. For me it does worse. Muscle weakness and severe muscle pain. Another option is to mix Kool Aid without Sugar and Splenda and use that to make you drink. I store it in a Tupperware midget.
